Low-Income Housing
Tax Credit
The Federal Government’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program is the largest driver of new and rehabilitated affordable rental housing in the nation. Arlington Construction utilizes the same care, knowledge, and team to build and renovate LIHTC properties as they do their other multi-family projects.
