Arlington Properties has added the 614-unit Waterford Crossings Apartment community to its management portfolio in Tennessee.
Located off I-24, just 15 minutes southeast of downtown Nashville in Antioch, Waterford Crossings is central to the entire Nashville Metro area, including Brentwood, Murfreesboro, and Nashville International Airport. Nearby major employers include CHS, Asurion, LKQ, and Feintool.
“Waterford Crossings, centrally located in Antioch, recently underwent a series of exciting upgrades during a multi-million-dollar renovation,” said Tami Stertmeyer, regional vice president of Arlington Properties. “Antioch represents Nashville’s youngest, fastest growing, and most diverse population and is poised for growth with nearby Century Farms mixed-use development on the horizon. Century Farms will bring more jobs to the area and a greater need for a high-quality living experience, which Waterford Crossings and Arlington Properties can provide.”
Renovations include the interiors of the resort-style resident clubhouse, with its soaring ceilings and bank of floor-to-ceiling windows. A massive fireplace is a centermost feature, with modern, neutral furnishings and turquoise accents throughout the building. In addition, an updated 24-hour fitness center is adjacent to the clubhouse, complete with state-of-the-art equipment and a refreshment station with gourmet coffee. The business center was upgraded with free resident Wi-Fi during the extensive renovation, completing the modern upgrades.
Waterford Crossings features three swimming pools and one wading pool, pet parks, grilling stations, and picnic areas throughout the property.
The spacious apartment homes feature one, two, and three-bedroom open floor plans with nine ft. ceilings, crown molding, and wide plank flooring.
“We are excited to work with the knowledgeable and dedicated Waterford Crossings team, said Stertmeyer. Their local market knowledge, paired with Arlington Properties’ signature property management style and protocols, will meld nicely into a winning scenario for all.”
