The LaGrange-Troup County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting Wednesday morning for The Yard on Mill, a 240-unit apartment complex that started leasing in July.
According to Charles Haskett, founding principal of Bonavic, the property developer, about $34 million was invested in the project.
Managed by Arlington Properties, The Yard on Mill offers five different floor plans and a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. They feature granite countertops, walk-in showers, stainless steel appliances and washers and dryers are included. Community amenities include valet trash and a package concierge.
