Adam joined Arlington Properties in 2018 as a Community Manager for The Park at Deerfield, Hoover, Ala. His portfolio includes both affordable housing experience as well as conventional, project-based Section 8, Rural Development properties, and LIHTC properties. Before joining Arlington, Adam worked with Herman and Kittle Properties as a regional manager, overseeing 11 properties across a 10- state footprint.

A steadfast leader in property management with a solid history of success, Adam is a mentor and coordinator with a track record of steering improvement projects. He is adept at building and guiding top-performing teams, and optimizing internal operations. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army. 101st Airborne and a lifelong resident of Alabama.

Adam received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University. He holds industry designations as a Certified Occupancy Specialist and Blended Occupancy Specialist.
