Assets include Carrington Park Apartments – Morrisville, N.C., The Park at Three Oaks – Wilmington, N.C., Windsor Falls Apartments – Raleigh, N.C., and Springfield Apartments – Durham, N.C. The client for this transaction is Gamma Real Estate, New York, N.Y.
